Coming Back Stronger

The weekend retreats are designed to help couples and singles time to work on just yourselves. 

Over three days you will given awareness, strategies and guidance on how to strengthen your own inner being and/or your relationship. 

Through a series of interactive workshops, tasks and fun challenges you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself, each other and how you best work as a couple. 

Retreats will be kept to a minimum number of couples to ensure you have close interaction with the expert presenters and counsellors, whilst also fostering a 'safe' and warm environment. 

Due to COVID-19, 2020 & 2021 retreats have been cancelled.
