PE Health specialises in helping couples, especially those who experience physical separation. Perhaps this could be because of COVID, military deployments/ assignments, FIFO (fly in- fly out) work arrangements, or you have a long distance relationships you are trying to make work. And if it is not possible for your partner to undertake the program we also offer a program for you to complete by yourself. You can then share the information and strategies you learn with your partner when they are available to do so.
Our online programs support couples and parents by providing tools and strategies to strengthen your relationship. They are designed and delivered by our principal psychologist and global health team.
Remember: Your relationships doesn't have to be in turmoil before seeking help. Prevention is always better that cure!

My partner joined the military after us being together for nearly 1.5 years. And when he left for a year (!) of training our relationship took a big hit. We had no clue how to stay connected. Deployment, training and exercise have kept us physically separated for 2 out of our 4 years together and I would have killed for Partners Elsewhere during these times! I'm so excited to have come across this opportunity now!

My husband has been on numerous deployments, and we really struggle to keep communication and emotions open while he is away. I am really looking forward to using the tools from Partners Elsewhere to help build our relationship and make it stronger the next time he is away.
