BOOKING PROCESS (for new clients)

 

1. Click 'Book Session'

2. A new screen open, Click 'Book Appointment'

3. Select the type of appointment you would like

4. Select the an appointment date

5. Select your appointment time

6. If this is your first booking with us follow steps 7 & 8 (otherwise just login)

7. Click 'Register Here' 

8. Add your details

9. Click 'Get Verification Code' (to your mobile)

10. Code with be sent to your mobile, add this code to the 'Verification Code' Box

11. Click 'Submit'

12. Confirm your booking details and Click 'Book Now'

13. You will receive an email from us confirming your registration (and a text confirming your booking). Please complete the questionnaire (linked in your email) at least 24 hours (or early as possible) prior to your session starting

BOOKING PROCESS (for existing clients)

1. Click 'Book Session'

2. A new screen open, Click 'Book Appointment'

3. Select the type of appointment you would like

4. Select the an appointment date

5. Select your appointment time

6. Enter email address and password & click 'Login'

7. You will receive a text confirmation upon booking.

8. You will receive a reminder text 24 hours before your appointment. Please confirm your appointment by replying 'Yes'

COUNSELLING SESSION PROCESS

24 hours before your session

If this is your first session please make sure your have completed and submitted the questionnaire.

1 hour before your session

Make sure you have good internet connection, and a device with a camera and a microphone. If you are having a Couples Session you will need to download the free Zoom App if you plan to have your session on your phone.

10 mins before your session

Find a quiet space in your house (or car if needed) where you can sit up and have a private conversation with your psychologist. We would like you to imagine it would be similar to if you visited your psychologist in person. Perhaps grab a cup of tea as well.

INDIVIDUAL SESSION PROCESS

In your appointment confirmation text, you will see your Online Room Link. This link is your private online room whenever you have 1:1 session with your psychologist. To start your appointment:

1. Click on your Online Room Link

2. Click 'Start Telehealth Session'

3. If your psychologist isn't in the room yet it will state 'Waiting for practitioner to join'  until they have joined your room.

4. When you have finished your session click the red X to end the session.

5. You will be automatically charged after your session.

COUPLES SESSION PROCESS

You and your partner would have received a unique couples Online Room Link via text. To start your appointment:

1. Click on the link. You and your partner have a choice to log in together on one device, or you can both join from individual devices.

2. If your psychologist isn't in the room (or if you are in a separate location to your partner and your partner isn't in the waiting room yet) you will be placed in a waiting room until all participants are ready to join the room.

3. Make sure your audio and camera are on.

4. When you have finished your session click 'Leave'.

5. The person who booked the session will be automatically charged after your session, unless otherwise specified.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION PROCESS​

1. Click ' Cancel Session'

2. A new screen will open with the booking portal. Make sure you are logged in

3. Click 'My Appointments'. (If you're not automatically logged in you will need to enter you email and password)

4. Clist of your appointments will appear. Click the X at the top right hand corner of the appointment box. Then confirm you would like to cancel it. 

5. You will receive a text to confirm your cancellation.
